He has received his first cooking certification when he pursues his study in National University of Singapore in Hospitality course majoring in Cooking. He also has demonstrated a broad knowledge in the preparation of the diverse range of Italian, Fusion, Arab, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand cuisines.

He is a well-presented, confident and articulate communicator at all levels, who commands respect and credibility through the projection of a professional image. Ariff is responsible for applying and developing the menu and marketing strategies of the catering department and in training the personal with the team.

With over two decades’ proven track record in overseeing full spectrum kitchen operations within 5-Stars establishments towards delivering scrumptious food and great dining experience, Ariff going to ensure only the great quality of foods and services will be served to our customers.
