Stephen is a walking library of culinary knowledge. He received his first Catering Certification while he was still in high school. Thirsting for more, he then further his studies in Professional Culinary Art Techniques at Stamford College University. Since then, he has been around the F&B industry for more than 20 years, creating, cooking and serving foods all over Malaysia.

With those vast knowledge and experience, Stephen is a master in developing menus and marketing strategies. He is also responsible to train the kitchen staff with hygiene codes, safety and of course, preparing a delicious meal.

Stephen is a well-presented, confident and an articulate communicator at all level, who commands respect and credibility through projection of a professional image. He is here to ensure only great and quality foods will be served to the customers.
